The place was clean, I booked the classic queen room with views of garden, everything was great. The staff were very, very nice and the facilities provided were amazing. Location: the hotel was near nearest gondola, the highlights and local restaurants. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Hagen's Dorfmetzgerei that was only 5 minutes' walk away. I greatly enjoyed 7 nights there...

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with beautiful traditional Austrian pine panelling and a bright, fresh contemporary touch. The general areas were clean, well-maintained, and had a warm and cozy atmosphere. As a senior person, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. It was conveniently located only minutes away from the lifts, making it easy for me to enjoy the ski slopes without any hassle.

I would have appreciated more seating in the ski room when putting on and taking off my boots. It could get crowded at times, and as a senior, it would have been more comfortable to have a dedicated space to sit while getting ready for the day's activities.

Hotel Kristall in Lech am Arlberg exceeded our expectations. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety and was always fresh, with the option of cooked eggs. Our double room was comfortable and quiet, with plenty of storage space. The hotel's fantastic location allowed for easy access to the ski gondola and nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed the amazing hiking opportunities in Lech.

The hotel's prime location allows for easy access to the lifts and the center of the village with its many dining options. Plus - the buffet breakfast is both extensive and delicious - providing a great start to your day.

The location was perfect, being a short walk to the ski lift and close to restaurants.

The room temperature was too hot and we couldn't adjust it, making sleeping uncomfortable. , we found the beds to be too firm and the pillows to be too flat.

Well heated and easy to control temperature in room. Great and helpful staff, some speak English well. Spacious junior suite on top floor. Modernized bathroom. Comfortable bed. Top-notch breakfast. Excellent 4-day stay.
